Beginning with down-tempo, sunset-style sounds by resident DJs, guests settle into dinner service and an innovative mixology program inspired by coastal ingredients and bright Mediterranean flavor. As the evening deepens, the energy transforms — shifting into vibrant tropical-house rhythms, elevated bottle service, and unexpected live performances, carrying guests from relaxed dinner elegance into a high-energy, late-night escape.
